NEON COLLECTIVE IN-STORE RETURNS POLICY
We want you to love your purchase! If it’s not quite right, we’re happy to offer an exchange or in-store credit on full-priced items returned within 7 days of purchase.
Please note, we’re unable to offer refunds for change of mind or stock unavailability. As a small business with limited collections, we truly appreciate mindful shopping when choosing your pieces.
To be eligible for an exchange or credit, your item must be:
 • Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
 • In full resellable condition with all swing tags attached
 • Returned within 7 days with your sales docket and/or proof of purchase
We’re unable to accept returns on:
 • Sale or discounted items
 • Perfume, swimwear, hats, intimates, homewares, or jewellery
 • Items showing wear, damage, or alteration
 • Returns outside the 7-day timeframe
In the rare event of a manufacturing fault, we’ll always do our best to make it right in line with the Consumer Guarantees Act, by offering a repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate.
