What rewards can I get?
200 points = $10 voucher 🎁 (minimum spend $100) - can be redeemed consecuitively
500 points = $25 voucher 🎁 (minimum spend $250) - can be redeemed once every 7 days, only one voucher at a time

Log into your account and click the Neon Collective Loyalty icon at the bottom of the screen.

Do my points expire?
Yes — but only if you don’t shop with us for 12 months in a row.
For example: if your last purchase was in November 2025 and you don’t shop again by November 2026, your points will reset.

How do I use my loyalty voucher?
Once unlocked, redeem your voucher for a unique discount code and enter it at checkout.

What if I need to return an order?
Orders redeemed with a loyalty voucher can be returned for online credit only (excluding shipping).
Loyalty vouchers can’t be reissued or added back to the credit note.
Orders placed consecutively to trigger a loyalty discount may be declined for refund. In these cases, we may instead offer an online credit note on the earlier order — at Neon Collective’s discretion.

Loyalty Points are eligible to be collected storewide. However from time to time some exclusions may apply where points cannot be accrued and Loyalty Vouchers cannot not be redeemed on specific styles.
Loyalty Vouchers can only be redeemed once and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, coupons or offers.
Points will not be earned on shipping fees.
