Enjoy a personalised shopping experience with a Try-On Appointment tailored to you! Try on your favourite pieces in a relaxed, one-on-one setting with our expert style guidance—no crowds, no pressure, just you and the perfect fit.
BEFORE YOU MAKE A BOOKING
To ensure your try-on session is as personalised and seamless as possible we will need to know your wishlist of garments you would like to try-on in advance. Please read the following steps on how to make a booking. For any queries or assistance making your booking, please feel free to contact us via our chatbox.
1. CREATE A WISHLIST
Login to your Neon Collective account and create a Wishlist with all the items you would like to try on, including the size (v. important) to refer back to when making your booking.
2. MAKING A BOOKING
Click on the 'Book Your Slot' button. A pop-up will appear. Please follow the steps as outlined:
3. SELECT A DATE & TIME
Select your preferred date and time. Time slots are allocated to 15 mins each.
4. ENTER YOUR DETAILS
Please enter your Name, Phone and Email (the email that you use for your Neon Collective account).
5. ENTER YOUR WISHLIST
Enter the items from your wishlist you would like to try on at the styling session, including the name and size of item you would like to try.
6. CONFIRM YOU APPOINTMENT
Click 'CONFIRM'. Please check your email for your confirmation email from us!
